Australian made-to-measure tailoring brand Oscar Hunt has put its foot in it.
The company has introduced a high-end men’s shoe offering to supplement its menswear and accessories ranges.
Oscar Hunt operates showrooms in Sydney and Melbourne, with plans for additional showrooms in 2018.
Oscar Hunt co-owner and managing director Chris Edwards said shoes were a natural progression for the brand.
“We focus on delivering a concierge-style level of service to our clients.
"We saw the need to not just suggest what shoes a customer should buy, but actually offer them a complete styling service.
"By offering footwear in house, we have the ability to elevate the clients outfit head-to-toe and ensure it looks the way it was designed to.”
The range, sourced personally by Edwards on a European visit last year, is designed and hand-crafted in Spain.
The collection is a curated selection of 13 options which include Oxford and Double-monk styles, made from hand-stitched French calf leather.
Prices start from $495.
