Tuchuzy has launched a new label, Chosen Women, to align with its original brand, Chosen by Tuchuzy. 

The new women's ready-to-wear label focuses on premium fabrics and classic silhouettes and aims to encourage inner confidence. 

The brand complements Chosen by Tuchuzy's design and aesthetic and widens the retailer's offering, Tuchuzy founder Daria Sakic said. 

"There was a gap in the Tuchuzy offering, so we designed what we couldn't get in market for our customers. 

"Tuchuzy is a heritage retailer with a strong connection to the women who shop with us, so Chosen Women by Tuchuzy is an exclusive collection created for them. 

"We understand what the Tuchuzy customer is looking for when building their wardrobe, and with this knowledge we have created a brand that provides pieces that were not being offered anywhere else, especially within a reasonable lead time," she said. 

Chosen Women offers staple wardrobe pieces, with the first two collections featuring neutral tones and deep greens. 

The collection will be updated monthly, with seasonal additions joining the releases. 

For October and November, seasonal pieces include midi summer dresses, fitted blazers, linen sets and tailored pants. 

Speaking on the inspiration for the new label, Chosen Women designer Anna Friedrich said the design team was inspired by the confidence of modern women. 

"The Chosen Women team wanted to create a brand that embodied the empowered modern woman. 

"This woman is self-assured, knows what she wants, and doesn't need a trend to set what she will wear. 

"The team's collaborative approach has generated refined collections with an appreciation of cut and colour, always with the mentality of the vibrant and modern style of Bondi," she said. 

Chosen Women by Tuchuzy launched online and in-store on October 20. 

The collection is priced between $169 to $399.
