Premier Investments has issued its strongest-ever condemnation of Myer in an eight-page letter to shareholders.
Signed by chairman Solomon Lew, the letter has urged shareholders to join forces and remove all Myer directors at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
In the explosive document, Premier details the track record of the Myer Board and takes aim at chairman Garry Hounsell.
Premier has challenged the Myer Board and any investor to refute the facts set out in its letter.
