The business creates on-trend, premium swimwear using fabrics are made from regenerated plastics and recycled elastane.

Each of the pieces are adorned with locally-designed Aboriginal prints, sharing culture and stories through the swimwear.

"Our signature prints are inspired by our Aboriginal Australian culture," Liandra Swim said in a statement.

"Our dream is to give [customers] the opportunity to exhibit a slice of culture, that has been tens-of-thousands of years in the making.

"Each collection we launch represents a unique story, with each of the prints delving deeper into that narrative.

"Our prints are also a contemporary representation of our culture and how we identify with our heritage.

"Our Community Collection prints have been hand-drawn and are inspired by the landscape of location of Milingimbi, in North-East Arnhem Land (NT)," the brand said.

In addition to its eco-conscious pieces, Liandra Swim also uses eco-friendly packaging, using mailer bags that are home-decomposable and plant-based packaging that is made from cassava.

The brand said that its non-toxic and biodegradable packaging can break down within three to six months depending on the environment.
