Womenswear label Interval has been snapped up by Myer to join its brand stable.

The label will debut its Winter 1 collection in stores this month alongside a range of local and international designers and brands.

It's a big win for Interval which was launched by designer Kara Liu in November 2015.

Liu said that she is thrilled to forge a partnership with Myer to boost the label's presence in the market.

“Myer is such an iconic Australian department store that represents the Australian lifestyle.

“It has always supported homegrown brands and has been the launch pad for many local designers.

“Having Interval at Myer, for me, is extremely humbling.

“It will be a great enviornment for Interval to build as a label and for me to mature as a designer.”

Trend Imports general manager of brands Helder Borges said that securing Myer as a stockist will further consolidate the label's point of difference.

“We feel proud and quite unique to have achieved this in our first season, with most labels working for years to get in this position.

“It is definitely a sign that we must be doing something right as it shows the quality, value and style of the brand is something Myer are confident to back.”

Interval will able to able to purchase online and in stores this month with price points ranging from $59-$299.
