Kathmandu has appointed a new general manager for retail stores.
Stephen Domancie will succeed Alison Evans, who will leave the company.
Domancie joined Kathmandu last year, following senior retail leadership roles for Sportsman Warehouse in South Africa, Adidas and Puma Australia.
The outdoor lifestyle retailer expects full year profit of between $30 million and $33 million, up from the previous year's $19 million.
Kathmandu expects to boost margins from new products, better management of promotional activity and cost savings.
