Kathmandu's latest venture involves $20 million, 150 team members and three storeys.
Kathmandu Holdings has signed on to open a new head office and concept store in the Innovation Precinct, Christchurch.
The $20 million head office will house over 150 Kathmandu employees, with enhanced facilities for the comompany's product design, systems and online development teams.
The purpose-built three storey building will welcome the new tenants in 2016.
The development will also incorporate a concept store, which will also double as a development site for visual merchandising, layout and design.
Kathmandu has also confirmed it will open a store in the retail precinct of the CBD.
