Connected change rooms and endless aisle technologies have been unveiled at Forever New's Highpoint store. 

The technology which helps to bridge the gap between the online and offline shopping experiences forms part of Forever New's wider digital transformation strategy – moving towards a 'store of the future' concept.

The connected change rooms allow customers to scan the products they're trying on while in the change room to see more details and images. Customers can also request help from sales assistants via the screens in the change room.

The change room screens will also incorporate Forever New's 'visually similar' technology which suggests similar products in-store to what the customer has brought in to try on.

The endless aisle technology will allow customers the freedom to browse and purchase in-store from Forever New's inventory, even if the product isn't available on the shop floor. 

Forever New MD Carolyn Mackenzie said that the business is thrilled to offer this technology to customers. 

"We’re excited to be one of the first Australian retailers to offer this service and we’re looking forward to seeing how our customers respond to this new technology."
