New Zealand outdoor brand Icebreaker has expanded its digital presence in Australia, partnering with fashion marketplaces The Iconic and Well Made Clothes.

Icebreaker partnered with both retailers due to their focus on sustainable and ethical products.

Well Made Clothes is a hub for ethical fashion labels, while The Iconic's Considered edit features more than 12,000 sustainable and ethical products.

The digital partnerships add to the business' physical store footprint, with customers able to buy Icebreaker products from 100 stores across Australia.

Icebreaker GM for New Zealand and Australia Luke Doddrell said that the partnerships mark a significant milestone for the business.

"With more people motivated to make sustainable choices, we are delighted to work with The Iconic and Well Made Clothes and bring icebreaker to the environmentally conscious Aussie consumer.

"Both platforms naturally align with our progressive vision.

"This is an important milestone in our sustainability journey," he said.

Using Merino wool as its hero material, Icebreaker's autumn/winter 2020 collection is now included in both platforms' array of sustainable brands.
