Gucci is set to launch its Gucci Garden Archetypes exhibition in Sydney at the Powerhouse Museum, Ultimo.
The exhibition recreates a past advertising campaign envisioned by Gucci creative director Alessandro Michele. It includes new age technology, detailed hand-crafting and creative interior design to bring a sequence of distinct, immersive narrative spaces.
The immersive multimedia exhibition was first held in Florence in 2021 to mark Gucci’s 100-year anniversary. It has since travelled through Shanghai, Taipei, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Seoul, and is now coming to Australia.
The Gucci Garden Archetypes exhibition will be open to the public from November 17, 2022 to January 15, 2023.
The brand has an established stake in the Australian market, with 13 stores across the country in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Perth.
