Australian fashion retailer Forever New has unveiled a first-to-Australia addition to its online store.
Forever New has launched a ‘Reserve in Store’ feature effective today.
‘Reserve in Store’ will offer customers a completely integrated online booking platform that allows them to reserve an item in-store for 24 hours and try before they buy.
Customers can reserve the item, free of charge, to try on or purchase in a nominated store.
Forever New MD Carolyn Mackenzie said the launch follows a recent upgrade to its digital platform.
“Our recent efforts to invest in our customer’s experience by partnering with leading technology partners is a key to our success”.
In 2019, Forever New ranked 5th in Australia and Britain’s top 25 most visited fashion online stores.
