Viktor & Rolf and Burberry have inspired a cutting-edge retail activation in Brisbane, hosted by Vogue Australia chief Edwina McCann.

Indooroopilly Shopping Centre partnered with McCann to deliver its spring/summer 2014 fashion parade at Brisbane's City Hall.

The presentation merged key looks with a 4D augmented reality show.

The show combined a live fashion parade with models parading a 19 metre runway in real-time with a pre-recorded digital show.

The pre-recorded show featured another eight looks for the season, lining the inner walls of the grand ballroom.

Over 500 VIP guests attended the presentation, which was headlined by Australian supermodel Samantha Harris.

The Australian-first event showcased international labels including Ted Baker and MAX&Co. and home-grown fashion brands Carla Zampatti, Camilla, Akira, Manning Cartell, Scanlan Theodore, Calibre and Sambag.

McCann also provided her insights into key trends for the coming season.

Outfits were styled by Virginia Dowzer, while Oscar and Oscar's Paloma Rose Garcia who was flown from Sydney exclusively for the evening.

Prior to the parade, guests were invited to view an overhead acrobatic display by Aerialicious and mingle in the Landrover Lounge.
