Asos has announced the launch of a 'buy now, pay later' service for Australian customers.
Asos director of trading Nicola Thompson said the service was launched due to local demand.
"We always try to listen to our customers when they ask us for something.
"Afterpay has been coming up in our customer feedback for some time now and we knew it was important to launch this to ensure our Australian customers continue to have the strongest experience possible when shopping on Asos."
The launch of Afterpay follows a number of other new propositions such as Saved Items: Boards and Style match.
Boards helps customers group their favourite pieces together, while Style Match suggests similar-looking products to any uploaded image via the app.
A global fashion destination for 20-somethings, it sells over 85,000 branded and own-brand products through localised mobile and web experiences – with more than 5,000 new items added every week.
