Childrenwear retailer Rhubarb has been placed into administration.
KordaMentha's Craig Shepard and Rahul Goyal were appointed to Rhubarb Group on March 20.
In a circular to creditors, Shepard and Goyal said they would not trade the companies throughout the administration.
All six stores have been closed.
The first meeting of creditors will be held on April 1.
Rhubarb was founded by Katlin Harper in 2003, after she spent 12 years with department store Myer.
