Australian footwear label Billini, has collaborated with Australian fashion label, We Are Kindred, on a exclusive collection of shoes for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week (MBFWA).
This is Billini's second collaboration with We Are Kindred.
The partnership has brought custom designed suede over-the-knee boots, slouch ankle boots and strappy laceups to the runway, to complement We Are Kindred's new Resort ‘20 collection, Boheme Heart.
Specially designed for the show, the shoes also feature custom colourways, reflecting the apparel collection.
Billini owner and creative director Susanne Khouzame praised the collaboration.
"Our Billini girl is feminine but she also likes to have fun with fashion, so partnering with a high end brand such as We Are Kindred made sense for the brand.
"It is exciting for our customer to see Billini on the Fashion Week runway paired with a high end Australian designer that is known for feminine detailing with a luxe boho vibe."
In October, We Are Kindred will sell a selection of the shoes that were on the runway, when the Boheme Heart collection drops.
