Volley has raised more than $20,000 for LGBTQIA+ charity Wear It Purple through its Pride collection.

The brand has relaunched its Pride collection and has so far reached over one million people during this campaign, helping to bring awareness to the LGBTQIA+ community.

Originally launching the Pride collection in February this year, Volley has relaunched the collection now to cater to the pride months that take place across the globe, as well as raise awareness for Wear It Purple Day (28 August).

The July collection features the new rainbow and black Deuce canvas sneaker along with the classic white Heritage style, the new Deuce canvas style and accessories including Pride mid-socks and a corduroy cap.

$5 from every pair sold goes to Wear It Purple which strives to foster supportive, safe, empowering and inclusive environments for rainbow young people.

Volley marketing manager Sam Despotidis said that the business is thrilled to support the LGBTQIA+ community.

"Volley Pride is something our whole team is very proud of and holds close to our hearts.

"Young people play vital role in shaping both our present and future.

"Everything should be done to ensure they have an equal opportunity to unleash their brilliant minds to make impactful changes," he said.

Wear it Purple president Ross Weatherbee added that Volley's support will help the organisation to create a more inclusive environment for LGBTQIA+ young people.

"Wear It Purple are proud to be associated with the Volley ‘Pride’ shoe.

"The generous support from Volley will enable us to provide additional support to Australian schools and universities to help them create LGBTQIA+ inclusive schools, programs and spaces for rainbow young people – grab a pair and wear them with ‘Pride’, knowing you’re supporting an inclusive future," he said.

The collection re-launched on July 02 and retails for between $14.99 and $89.99.
