Universal Store CFO Renee Jones is intending to reduce her working hours to balance work and parental responsibilities, according to an update to shareholders.
The company is working with Jones on options to facilitate this arrangement, including evaluating an internal re-organisation of responsibilities and assessing the potential appointment of a new CFO.
An update will be provided at the time of the company’s half year results announcement in February 2024.
Jones has held the role since 2019. Prior to Universal Store, she was the head of finance at Telstra, the CFO at Fantastic Furniture and senior commercial finance manager at Coca Cola Amital.
