Womenswear retailer City Chic has forged a partnership with Myer.
City Chic's parent company Specialty Fashion Group (SFG) has confirmed that the brand will roll out across 30 Myer stores nationally.
The partnership will commence immediately with City Chic launching in 14 stores this week including an opening at Myer's Melbourne flagship.
SFG CEO Gary Perlstein said that the company is confident about the plus-size brand's growth strategy.
“City Chic is performing well, leveraging significant growth in the womenswear market.
"I am delighted City Chic has been recognised by Myer as a desirable womenswear brand as part of its New Myer strategy.
"We’re confident our partnership with Myer will help change the perception of fashion as we continue to deliver glamorous, bold and exciting ranges to our customers.”
Myer executive Karen Brewster has welcomed the brand to its portfolio.

"City Chic is an exciting, progressive fashion brand that will resonate with our customers.”
City Chic will continue to focus on international expansion as well as developing the business in the omnichannel space.
The brand is currently stocked in major retailers in the US, UK and has launched three new stores in the United Arab Emirates under license.
