Mosaic Brands’ investments into its digital capabilities are paying off, with the business growing its email database 18% to 5.2 million addresses in 2020.

Meanwhile, its bank of mobile number jumped up 29% last year to 4.4 million – helping to drive a 7% increase in mobile sales revenue to 48%.

CEO Scott Evans said that the brand is rapidly working to scale its online capabilities.

"As stated in 2020 we are seeing profound and permanent shifts in the retail sector.

"We have moved swiftly to embrace this by realigning our rental costs, store footprint and rapidly building our online offer," he said.

The business clocked up a total of 75.2 million online sessions and attracted 1.7 million new loyalty members, a 31% increase compared to last year.
