Senior buyer for women's apparel Suzy Rasbash said the team have continued to focus on bringing new local and international brands on-board for this season.
The buying team have been travelling the globe to maintain a strong brand assortment for the retailer's customers.
Rasbash said travelling to international fashion weeks every season, along with using data has helped the team to understand exactly what customers will purchase.
“Each season our buying team travel around the world attending international fashion weeks including New York, London, Paris and Milan.
“These trips are meticulously planned to ensure we see as many brands and designers on the ground as possible.
“Inspiration from these trips is combined with our strong data-driven understanding of our customer to ensure we curate the best assortment for the coming season.
“Our mission is to create a seamless and inspiring shopping experience, so it's of the utmost importance that we choose pieces we know our customers will love.”
This season it will focus on five key trends: neon colours, animal prints, pastels, earth tones and power dressing, she explained.
“The AW19 colour palette also holds nothing back, covering a spectrum of neon brights, dusty pastels to earthy tonal browns.
“Across our buy, we will have outerwear in shades of chalky pinks and greens, slip dresses in highlighter hues to midi skirts in muted brown suede and glossy leather.
“Additionally, jungle inspired prints of leopard, zebra and snake in bold, party-ready colours will be a must-have this season.
“Our customers will be able to tap into this trend across footwear, outerwear, dresses, skirts and trousers.
“Power dressing will also be huge.”
The suiting trend is being reflected in customer purchasing behaviour with a push towards more separates dressing, Rasbash explained.
“Dresses always do really well for us across womenswear, however we're starting to see a shift into separates.
“Suiting will be massive this season and we are seeing increased traction across the categories of trousers and blazers.”
