Camilla and Marc has launched its digital styling initiative 'Virtually There' as part of its new digital shopping experience which came to life in April.

Undergoing a major website revamp in April, Camilla and Marc said at the time that it would be rolling out several initiatives to emulate the in-store shopping experience online as part of its 'Smart Store' strategy.

"Now, more than ever, customers are looking for online shopping that offers a convenient and seamless experience from the comfort of their living room," CEO Marc Freeman said at the time.

"This new era of the brand is about building deeper customer connections at a time where it’s needed the most.

"Bridging the gap between the physical retail and online experience in a meaningful way is the future of online shopping and we are excited to be bringing this to our global customers," he said.

The complimentary service is now available to anyone across the world and featues in-store stylists who offer sizing information, in-depth product knowledge and advice on styling and updating your wardrobe.

The nine stylists are live from the brand's boutiques and can help bring products to life through live chat, photos and two-way video calls.

Creative director Camilla Freeman-Topper said that the business is thrilled to launch the initiative.

"We’re thrilled to be providing our customers the personalised shopping experience they would receive in any one of our boutiques from the comfort of their living rooms," she said.

To use the service, customers click on the 'Virtually There' app on the bottom left hand corner of the Camilla and Marc website when browsing collection and product pages.
