Australian designer label Camilla has aligned with Blessed Eid, with modest pieces for the Islamic cultural period from April 1 to May 1.

Modelled by Kishama Meridian, the edit features maxi dresses, separates and footwear from $299 to $1999.

The modest fashion industry is currently valued at as much as $277 billion and estimated to grow to $311 billion by 2024.

In recent times, major fashion brands have tapped into demand for Muslim-focused lines, often in time for Ramadan.

Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, DKNY, and Mango have all released modest collections, with Nike unveiling a performance hijab in 2017.

In an interview with Ragtrader ahead of Australian Fashion Week 2021, The Iconic GM of fashion Anna Brennan said inclusivity will be a major development for brands moving forward.

"Right now, some of the biggest opportunities are in sustainability, circular fashion, and all things inclusive," she said.

"For us at The Iconic, that covers everything from unisex and gender fluid style, size extensions in existing brands, modest to accessible ranges."
