Zimmermann has launched a new website to drive online growth and facilitate global expansion.

Following the brand’s successful growth in Australia, the UK, EU and US, the brand has migrated its eCommerce operations to a cloud-based infastructure.

This has enabled Zimmermann to create new back-end efficiencies, significantly improve site speed, ensure complete accuracy over its order processing and provide the capacity to manage a higher volume of transactions.

Zimmermann now benefits from easy access and management of its content areas such as the Z.Immerse section, the Collections hub, its social media feed integration, and has complete visibility over inventory, pricing and promotions, order management, customer insights and reporting to enable the smooth operation and growth of its global eCommerce business.

The website caters to Zimmermann’s customers regardless of their location, offering a bespoke checkout journey with integrated real-time tax and duties calculations for different markets via automated tax software.

The website also has a ‘Find In Store’ capability, which can offer customers real-time product recommendations, information on stock levels in brick and mortar stores near their location.

Zimmermann has also developed a premium mobile eCommerce platform, enabling its customers to pay with ApplePay.

Sisters Nicky and Simone Zimmermann founded their award-winning namesake brand in Sydney in 1991.
