Australian womenswear label We Are Kindred has opened its first Australian bricks-and-mortar store in Sydney.
Located on Oxford St in Paddington the 40sqm flagship store is fitted out with blush tones and gold, rustic finishes, while the walls and counter are covered in a floral wall-paper design, communicating the feminity of the brand.
We Are Kindred co-founder and designer Lizzie Renkert said that the store will provide the brand with further insights into the We Are Kindred customer.
"We are excited to bring our new retail store and workspace to an area which has a long history for some of Australia’s most successful designers.
"The retail offering will also allow us to not only communicate with our customers the lifestyle and attitude we are creating for the brand, but better understand the Kindred girl and what she wants," she said.
The store officially opened on September 07.
