Under Armour Australia last weekend took over Princes Garden Court in Prahran to celebrate the launch of Curry Brand's partnership with local organisation Charity Bounce.

The activation saw Princes Garden Court transformed into a Curry-branded court which hosted the 'Shoot like Steph' contest.

The competition was open to players of all ages and skill levels who each had 60 seconds to shoot up to 21 balls, with a maximum of 25 points in a round.

Additionally, Australian sports stars and personalities including NBA champion and NBL MVP Andrew Bogut, UFC Featherweight champion Alex Volkanovski, former Harlem Globetrotter Tracy Williams, former Australian netballer and TV personality Carla Dziwoki, ex rugby league footballer and TV personality Eloni Vunakece and presenter Karen Ledbury took part in a special three-point challenge.

For every successful throw during their competition, Under Armour Australia donated $100 to Charity Bounce, helping to support the organisation in its work to inspire positive change to overcome disadvantage for individuals and communities.

In total, the athletes and personalities raised $10,000 for Charity Bounce.

The competition was complemented by music, entertainment and live art.

Under Armour ANZ MD Fernando Reani said the brand was excited to partner with Charity Bounce.

"We were excited to invite everyone to a good day at Princes Garden Court, to celebrate the neighbourhood and the Melbourne community that is at the heart of basketball culture.

"We were thrilled to bring the spirit of Curry Brand to the streets, connect with our fans and 'Change the Game for Good' through our partnership with Charity Bounce.

"Money raised will go towards their crucial basketball engagement, mentoring and employment programs and education pathways," he said.

In addition to its partnership with Charity Bounce, Under Armour was also celebrating the launch of the new seven-part footwear collection with Sesame Street.

The range features seven colourways of Sesame Street's Muppets including Big Bird, Oscar the Grouch, Cookie Monster and Count von Count.

The Curry Brand Sesame 'Street Pack' collection launched in Australia on January 14 with the Count and Big Bird colourways.

The shoes retail for $220 each.
