Australian activewear brand SQDAthletica has revealed its latest limited-edition collection has nearly sold out after only one week.

The response comes off the back of a strong Christmas trade for the brand, with record year-on-year growth of more than 70%, a 60% increase in the number of transactions, and a 106% increase in the number of units sold.

The three-piece collection features work by landscape photographer, William Patino, with the campaign video receiving more than 200,000 views online.

SQDAthletica GM operations Ben Falvey said the strong response by consumers validated the reason behind the brand's creation.

“We know men are looking for fit, fabric and function when they buy their clothes.

“They’re very aware of materials and fabrics and how that impacts performance and fit. Yes, look and feel plays a role in their purchasing decisions but the apparel’s technical capability is what will get them over the line.”
