Jewellery brand Swarovski has announced plans to harmonise pricing in Australia and New Zealand.

The new strategy will aim to ensure alignment with the brand's US and European markets in a bid to eliminate price disparity across regions.

Swarovski Australia managing director Patrik Hauert said that the move is part the company's ongoing expansion in the region.

“As part of our ongoing investment and growth strategy in the Australian market, Swarovski Australia is delighted to introduce new prices across all categories, including jewellery, watches, accessories and crystal living, which will come into effect as of 1st October 2015.”

No new price points have yet been unveiled.

Swarovski will also open additional new stores across the country that are set to launch by the end of 2015.
