Swarovski has unveiled the first Crystal Studio in Australia at the Queen Victoria Building (QVB), Sydney.

It follows in the footsteps of international fashion hubs; Milan, Paris, Shanghai and Beijing.

Interactive digital touch points throughout the store have been installed to enhance the purchase process.

At the centre of the 50sqm store is the Crystal Bar, an immersive jewellery station where consumers can spend time discovering new products, curate looks with styling consultations from Swarovski’s in-store experts and explore product ranges virtually.

This interactive feature gives customers the opportunity to engage with the product and integrate it into their own personal style, whilst also exploring the digital styling inspiration from Swarovski’s community of influencers.

The Crystal Bar also offers a wireless phone charging area to use while shopping.

Digital dimensions are integrated throughout the store, starting from the shop window screens to interactive tablets providing styling tips.

Large screens display seasonal brand and campaign content.

MD Brett Spinks said the site aims to give consumers an immersive brand experience.

“Australia’s first Crystal Studio puts customers at the center - inviting them to experiment and style their sparkle in an immersive environment that integrates physical and digital dimensions.”
