London's historic Savile Row Company has launched in Australia - via eBay's fashion gallery.
The family-owned business, which has been making bespoke tailored shirts since 1938, designs and produces an extensive range of clothing and accessories for men and women.
The company, which supplies more than 30 countries worldwide, used ChannelAdvisor, a global e-commerce platform provider that helps retailers sell more online, to connect with Australian eBay.
Marketing manager of the Savile Row Company, Mkwama Ndeti, said Australia has been on the company's hit-list for some time.
“Having experienced incredible success with the other international marketplaces, the transition to Australia was the next obvious step,” Ndeti said. “Our e-commerce business has seen exponential growth and with the help of ChannelAdvisor, the expansion to eBay Australia was an easy transition.”
The company is also offering free shipping on all Australian orders.
