High Street giant River Island is preparing to set up shop down under, following in the footsteps of Zara and Topshop.
River Island has established an alliance with Australian menswear giant Retail Apparel Group, which operates over 275 Tarocash, yd., and Connor stores.
Retail Apparel Group founder Stephen Leibowitz is spearheading the search for appropriate River Island sites in Australia.
UK-based River Island operates a number of stores internationally and has been a family-owned company since setting up in 1948.
