Accent Group chief digital officer Mark Teperson is set to join the speaker lineup at Ragtrader Live.
Teperson and his team have created an omnichannel revolution, harnessing 449 stores and 16 websites to drive sales at the footwear group.
Accent Group uses a range of bricks-and-mortar, eCommerce and dispatch strategies to increase revenue without increasing its cost base.
"By just making the inventory available, we were able to generate that sales lift without investing a single cent more in the inventory. It's a huge transformation opportunity," Teperson says.
With 12 exclusive distributed brands, 449 stores, 16 websites and more than four million loyalty base customers, Accent Group owns a scalable retail network.
Total digital sales grew 94 % during H1 FY19 , on top of the 170% growth achieved in H1 FY18.
Its pricing strategy for online, as with its concept stores, is to drive sustainable full margin sales.
