Pandora is bringing a digitally connected 'Heartbeat Hub' activation to Pitt St Mall as part of the brand's global refresh.

The bright pink, circular, experiential hub invites consumers to wander through the corridor to place their hands on the heartbeat monitor. The hub will respond to the customer's input with a series of 360 degree projections and visuals.

Featuring the reimagined Pandora O crown – the hero symbol of Pandora's new brand identity – at the entrance to the hub, the activation serves to expose the new branding and direction to consumers.

Pandora Australia and New Zealand MD Phil McNutt said that the brand's global relaunch focuses on encouraging self-expression.

"As an integral part of our global relaunch, Pandora has a renewed commitment to inspiring self-expression and individuality and we wanted to generate a connection with our customers and the local community by inviting them to participate, to be proud of their unique essence and to join us in affirming all the wonderful things that bring love and joy to our lives," he said.

Alongside the Heartbeat Hub, from 12pm each day Pandora will be giving away pink desserts featuring the O crown, created especially for the brand by pastry chef Anna Polyviou.

The Heartbeat Hub activation will begin on September 12 and finish on September 15.
