Oakley Australia has welcomed the launch of the new Coyote Boot and the limited-edition Coyote Neon Boot, advancing its offering in the footwear space.

The brand, which is widely recognised for its eyewear styles, has revamped the look and shape of the Coyote Boot with three new colourways, black/neon green, brown/neon orange, and sage/neon light blue, which sit alongside existing colours, black, brown and desert sand.

The idea for the original Oakley boot was formulated more than 20 years ago out of a need to protect, endure, and cover ground in a boot that was built to function like a sneaker.

Oakley Australia national sales manager John Michaliades welcomed the launch of the new Coyote Boot.

"Oakley’s footwear collection is a welcome continuation of humanity’s evolving connection with our natural outdoor environment that reflects Oakley’s storied legacy and commitment to innovation.

"Blending rich textures with trend-forward styles and the use of sustainable materials, to omni-functional, thematic crossover designs, the collection redefines the boundaries of exploration in all of us.

"Oakley’s footwear collection embodies activewear that speaks to the wanderlust in all of us.

"Stylish yet functional, our designs can be worn pre and post-workout, and are equally well suited to exploring a national park or a favourite city park.

"Our Coyote Boots are built with an EVA midsole and outsole to provide plush shock absorption.

"The lightweight Cordura and breathable synthetic suede upper offers lasting, ventilated comfort finished with braided nylon laces that keep you secure on the move," he said.

The Coyote Boot and the neon styles are available now on the Oakley website and retail for $184.95 and $219.95 (neon).
