Australian jewellery house, Larsen Jewellery, has expanded its store footprint, opening a new store in Brisbane.
The new store is located on Queen St in the heritage-listed former National Australia Bank building and joins the brand's other flagship stores in Sydney and Melbourne.
Larsen Jewellery founder Lars Larsen said the brand is looking forward to engaging with its Brisbane customers, face-to-face.
"In recent years, we have seen a shift towards a more ethically minded shopper who is looking to invest in high-quality jewellery pieces that can be worn for decades and then passed on to the next generation.
"We are so excited to be able to provide our Queensland-based clients with the exceptional in-studio difference that our Sydney and Melbourne stores are known for," he said.
Priding itself on its ethical and carbon neutral status, Larsen Jewellery's new store will be subject to the same standards as its sister stores and will be part of the 2022 audit to ensure that the entire company is 100% carbon neutral.
"The Brisbane studio will follow the strict ethical standards set and followed by our other studios including, having the options of using Fair Trade gold, ethical sourcing of diamonds and gemstones, using recycled metals and of course the new studio will be part of the Larsen tradition of donating at least 10% of profits to our preferred charities every year," Larsen added.
The Brisbane store's design features a lounge-like atmosphere created through calming finishes and lighting throughout.
It incorporates the brand colours of white, cream, blue, grey and gold and is finished with materials including wood and brass.
Larsen Jewellery's new Brisbane studio is open now.
