Australian womenswear label Kookai has partnered with start-up tech company in a bid to improve inventory control.
The partnership will provide Kookai with real-time stock information and offer customers the chance to view live in-store stock information.
The technology has rolled out across Kookai's websites for Australian and New Zealand customers.
Kookai national retail manager Penny Iredale said the decision was all about enhancing customers' shopping experiences.
“We know our customers tend to browse online first, but then love to come into store with friends to try on products before making a final purchase decision.
“Our customers can be sure the product they want is available in a store nearby, and that drives foot traffic to the right locations.”
