Just Group core brand director Colette Garnsey has been forced to step down from her role due to a serious medical issue.
A statement from the board indicated that the issue would prevent Garnsey from conintuing the full time work and travel required in the position.
The board also thanked Garnsey for her service to the Just Group, which she joined in 2012.
"The board wishes Ms Garnsey a full recovery over time and sincerely thanks her for her contribution to the group over the last five years."
