Indie retailer adds Pop

Armadale boutique owner Matthew Duffy is proving you don't have to be a retail giant to shake up your formula.

Duffy is set to launch a new pop up store concept 'Pop In Pop Out!' to capitalise on the high profile location of his store, King & Stone on the corner of Rose Street and Beatty Avenue.

The Melbourne retailer has regularly showcased Australian brands - now he's giving them the opportunity to sell their own wares over a one month time frame.

Lingerie brand Love and Lustre has been locked in for October, with eco fashion label Lane Palmer set to follow in November and Y10store finishing the year in December.

Duffy intends to extend the concept into 2013 in a bid to attract locals to the high-rotation formula.
