Earlier this week, the fashion industry merged with media to celebrate the Sportscraft spring/summer collection launch.

The event, held at The Apollo restaurant in Sydney's Potts Point, saw key guests including former Vogue Australia editor Kirstie Clements and The Australian's Damien Woolnough, join the Apparel Group CEO Daniel Bracken, and Sportscraft’s head of design Marisa Firman, to view the range.

Other guests included Kristin Trude from Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue Australia's Rebecca Caratti and Philippa Brophy, Paula Joye of Lifestyled, Marie Claire editor Jackie Frank, Grazia’s Emma Read and newly appointed fashion director David Bonney, and Judith Cook.

Guests were greeted with a cocktail made of Havana Club Blanco, Aperol, Watermelon, Soda, Cranberry, lime and mint and treated to an assortment of canape's such as taramasalata mullet roe drip, Grilled octopus, fish cooked in vine leaves, greek style barbeque chicken and avgolemono pie.
