David Jones has released an exclusive content series 'Women in Conversation' to celebrate International Women's Day.
The series features panel discussions among influential Australian women on issues pertinent to current social issues.
The series is comprised of four 15 minute episodes on relationships, motherhood, gender equality, mental health and selfbelief moderated by media personality Gretel Killeen.
It features a line up of 18 women from a range of different backgrounds and professions including chief commissioner of Sydney Commission Lucy Turnbull, David Jones director of merchandise Donna Player, Indigenous consultant Carla McGrath and David Jones ambassador Jesinta Campbell.
The retailer's general manager marketing communications Victoria Doidge said that the series will celebrate International Women's Day as a way to generate conversation around important issues faced by women today.
“The ‘Women in Conversation’ series was conceptualised in considering what International Women’s Day means to us, and what we can do to celebrate and inspire Australian women.
“We wanted to facilitate a forum for interesting and dynamic women to share their views, and for this content to be shared to act as a catalyst for greater conversation on important topics relating to women.”
The content series has been launched on David Jones' website, YouTube and its social media channels.
