Cotton On has revealed its latest step in its mission to create an "ever better" workplace, offering an in-house school holiday program for staff.
Run at the business' Geelong headquarters for the first time, the program was offered to parents during the January school holidays and was built off successful previous programs.
"We are proud to bring our team members programs like this to build an Ever Better workplace which promotes wellness for both individuals and families," Cotton On said in a statement.
"The family lunches taking place at our in-house café was something we were especially excited about, as this was a great way for parents and kids to connect both with each other and our COG’s culture.
"While kids got insight into what life is like for mum or dad at work, parents got to have a real proud-mum or dad moment.
"We look forward to our future school holiday programs, as there’s nothing sweeter than the happy looks on each of the kid’s faces – we can’t stop smiling about it," the business said.
Run by KidsCo, the program included fun, educating and stimulating activities conducted in a COVID-safe environment.
The program was held over two weeks on-campus at the Cotton On Global Support Centre in Geelong.
