Cotton On has reaped the benefits of its new loyalty scheme: Cotton On & Co Perks.

Launched in Australia this year, the program includes all seven brands under the Cotton On Group umbrella.

It follows a successful trial in New Zealand last year, where it now accounts for 50% of sales for three of its brands.

The program also launched in South Africa in February, offering customers perks across its 170 stores there and relaunched digital platform.

Speaking at a recent Online Retailer conference, Cotton On Group eCommerce head Brendan Sweeney reported the scheme had been welcomed locally.

Over three million sign ups have taken place, with around 100,000 added per week.

The data has allowed the company to cross-sell across across other brands in its portfolio, with additional online and in-store services also added.

This includes allowing omnichannel options such as Click And Collect across the Cotton On, Typo, Cotton On Body, Supre, Cotton On Kids, Typo and Rubi store networks.

Cotton On & Co Perks offers $10 of rewards for every $100 spent across the Cotton On Group portfolio, as well as birthday bonuses, invites, exclusive offers and product previews.
