Global fashion event, Coterie, will return to Australian shores in May to host an event in both Sydney and Melbourne to offer insights to Australian brands on how they can crack the US market.

The seminars will educate and discuss with Australian labels how to enter and then expand in the US market. The Sydney event will take place during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week and the Melbourne event will follow the week after.

Coterie international business developer, Susan Sommerville, said that the business wants to extend itself beyond offering brands showcase space at its events.

"The upcoming events will offer Australian brands exclusive insight on launching and growing their business in the American market.

"We want to keep our promise and continue to captivate the best brands from around the globe and not only offer them a showcase space, but also lend our network to navigate distribution, showrooms, retailers and more."

"We have had great feedback and excitement from the US buyers with Australian brands and are excited to continue to help grow their footprint in the North American market.

Australian brands who have previously shown at Coterie include Alice McCall, Bec and Bridge, Camilla and One Teaspoon.
