It operates one of the city's most luxurious shopping strips.

But even with news that Melbourne retail and hospitality will re-open this week, Collins Street Precint Group isn't sitting still in its battle to reignite trade.

Many Melburnians are still required to work from home due to COVID-19 and the Melbourne CBD is likely to continue to see less daily visitors than before the pandemic.

With this in mind, the Collins Street Precinct Group has partnered with start-up brand Co-Lab Pantry to recreate the experience of a day on Collins Street.

The ‘Only On Collins Street’ Box includes a range of gourmet wares from the shopping strip, with packages starting at $80.

To assist in bringing the Precinct’s concept to life, Collins Street has partnered with the newly launched e-commerce platform, Co-Lab Pantry.

The digital pantry was born in the Covid-era, offering buyers a growing choice of speciality Victorian products, from ready-to-eat meals to condiments made in restaurant kitchens.

Collins Street Precinct president Luke Harris said the venture is a step towards rebuilding.

"Launching the ‘Only On Collins Street’ Box is another step towards helping Melbourne businesses on the road to recovery and also ensure that people of Melbourne can continue to experience the best of what the precinct has to offer."
