Designer label Camilla and Marc has extended its second line to include a full apparel offer, adding to its existing denim and swimwear components.
The C&M Camilla and Marc line is priced from $90 to $320 and available through Camilla and Marc stores, as well as department store partner David Jones.
The line is housed in the contemporary section of 22 David Jones stores nationally, as well as online portals for both vendors.
Co-founder Marc Freeman said the venture will complement an international strategy, with the brand recently showcasing its resort 2013 collection to global media and buyers.
“Camilla and I and both felt this is the right time to expand C&M Camilla and Marc," Freeman said.
"There is room in our brand to introduce something with a more youthful feel as well as an immense demand from our customers to expand the line from just swimwear to an offering of full apparel in this price bracket."
The first range 'Coachella Valley' is inspired by music festivals and is now available for purchase.
It features a range of dresses and separates in minimalist silhouettes, with block colours of white, melon, grapefruit, berry and sand.
Highlights include cropped star-print trousers, a navy striped peplum top and a draped, sand and pink sorbet leopard print dress.
Camilla and Marc will celebrate its 10th year of business in 2013.
