Bonds has launched its latest category Bonds Swim in a bid to take a slice of the market which is projected to hit $20 billion in value by 2020.

Enlisting Australian model Miranda Kerr to front its debut campaign, the range encompasses women's mix-and-match separates, rashies, men's board shorts and a kids and baby offering.

Bonds head of marketing Emily Small believes adding the product category to its portfolio is a natural progression for the business.

“Staying true to our roots, we are excited to embrace the Aussie beach culture and extend our offering into swimwear - it’s a logical and exciting progression for the brand."

Bonds Swim will land on September 5 across its store network, online and at David Jones, with selection of its baby range being made available in Myer and Best & Less.
