Samantha Wills and Billabong have announced a debut jewellery collaboration.

The 24 piece collection, designed exclusively for Billabong, will launch exclusively online today.

This will be followed by a global rollout across stores.

Billabong Women's global general manager Susan Branch said the collaboration will see it enter a new product category.

“As a brand, we’ve always celebrated the uniqueness that comes with any product collaboration and are excited to launch our first ever jewellery partnership with Samantha.

"Samantha’s affinity for surf fashion seen through a luxe perspective is the reason why the styles in the collection are so special.”

The product range features a mix of necklaces, rings, earrings and bracelets.

Materials include a mix of natural amethyst, glass, iron, resin, stone and nylon.

Meanwhile design details span crescent shapes, tassels, and tiny gold coins, signature elements of the Samantha Wills brand.

Wills said she began her career with Billabong 18 years old, as a fit model on the northern NSW coast.

"I was working in a local surf store and a delivery came in.

"I was un-packaging and merchandising it and there was Billabong in there.

"And I remember just being so mesmerised. It was a brand that I adored and a product category that I loved.

"It was like worlds colliding. And it was really the first time I saw a brand outside of just a product. It was a lifestyle."
