Bally and Harrolds are set to open their first and only outlet stores at Birkenhead Point this spring, alongside global designer giants Coach and Michael Kors.

They will be joined by Peter’s of Kensington and streetwear brand Zanerobe.

The announcement comes as the centre prepares for the launch of its multi-million dollar makeover, set to be unveiled to the public in early August 2017.

The centre’s owner, Mirvac Group, today confirmed that the latest premium outlets will occupy the western end of the newly renovated Level 2 shopping gallery.

They will join other international names including Armani, Hugo Boss, Polo Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein and Victoria’s Secret; plus local Australian designer Oroton.

Mirvac senior development manager Christina Nelson said the centre will target a cross-section of consumers.

“With its unrivalled location on Sydney Harbour and just minutes from the CBD, the centre appeals to not only Sydneysiders and domestic visitors, but also to international tourists."

The redevelopment will also incorporate a new entry statement on Roseby Street, showcasing a glass window display and digital screen technology with content designed by creative agency, Vandel.

From time to time, this showcase will play host to the Birkenhead Art Project, exhibiting work from Australian artists in collaboration with Art Pharmacy founder, Emilya Colliver.

Sydney-based paper artist Jo Neville will be first up, showcasing a bespoke paper floral installation.

It will incorporate blooms and foliage inspired by a palette of muted pastels and dark colours.
