Oscar Wylee and Bailey Nelson have been forced to publish recall notices.

The notices concern product safety requirements around the sale of sunglasses in Australia.

According to consumer watchdogs, the sunglasses do not comply with the labelling requirements.

The products may be missing required labelling identifying the lens category and relevant description, which indicates the amount of UV radiation protection provided by the glasses.

While the Bailey Nelson recall involves its Plano Sunglasses and Plano Clip-Ons Range, the circumstances for Oscar Wylee are more far-reaching.

The recall notice involves all pairs sold nationally from July 2017 to June 2019.

For Bailey Nelson, it concerns specific styles solf from May 1, 2019 to August 17, 2019.

Consumers have been advised to contact the brand to receive their labels or a refund.
