Torquay-based surfwear brand Rip Curl has launched a new women's active range, designed for running, swimming and surfing.

The range offers women the support needed for a run, while also being light enough to swim and surf in.

A key feature of the range is Rip Curl's 'VaporCool' leggings and tie-dye top.

The new VaporCool material is infused with Aloe Vera, which gradually releases its moisture for a cool and soft touch, lasting in the fabric for up to 50 washes.

Speaking on the new range, Rip Curl womenswear designer Tara Doyle said the collection has been designed to meet performance requirements for wearers.

"Rip Curl is the ultimate surfing company that has a really strong team of female surfers.

"We made Run.Swim.Surf to perform to the needs of our athletes who are training to master their game and in-turn, hopefully win more world titles.

"Within some garments of the Run.Swim.Surf range we have incorporated our new VaporCool Aloe Vera-infused fabric, which feels soft and hydrating on the skin, really lending itself to that active beach lifestyle," she said.

Alongside the VaporCool pieces, the Run.Swim.Surf collection features compression crops, bike shorts, leggings, t-shirts, tank tops and a wind breaker jacket.

Rip Curl's Run.Swim.Surf collection is available online and in-store now and retails for between $49.99 and $139.99.
