AUCKLAND: Air New Zealand Fashion Week has continued to embrace online media platforms, partnering with two media websites for its new generation showcase.
The newly formatted ghd New Generation Show, scheduled to take place on day three of the trade event, will see designers partner one-on-one with seven media channels to drive coverage of their collections.
Media groups include Fashion NZ (online), Front Row Diary (online), Pilot magazines, Citymix magazine, Black magazine, 1am magazine and Remix Magazine, which will partner with two designers.
Air New Zealand Fashion Week managing director Pieter Stewart said the restructured format was designed to bring greater awareness to up-and-coming designers.
"Using the new media partner format, we expect the designers will further maximise on exposure of their respective labels and gain reach within the fashion industry and its consumers."
